UK-Wide Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across the UK via trusted specialist couriers experienced in handling vintage furniture.

  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and delivery location.

  • Most items are delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • For pieces undergoing light restoration or finishing touches, please allow up to 10–14 days before dispatch. We’ll always keep you updated on timelines.

Delivery Notes

  • Our courier partners will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery day and time.

  • Please ensure access is clear and suitable for the delivery of larger furniture pieces.


Return Policy

Each piece at Lustra is one-of-a-kind, full of character, and may show signs of its past — something we celebrate and preserve. Because of the unique and pre-loved nature of our items:

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review all photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a piece, just reach out — we’re happy to help before you buy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We do our best to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but if something goes wrong in transit:

  • Please email us at hello@lustrastore.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, clear photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.

We'll assess the situation and work with you to resolve it — whether through a repair, refund, or credit, depending on the circumstances.
